Motive Arts

Motive arts began as Letters in Motion, a digital animation mobile app for creating animated text. I released the Letters in Motion app last winter (2013) and got a lot of positive feedback from people. One of the themes of the feedback was the desire for the app to do more, not just with text animation, but more video creation in general.

I took that as a sign that the Letters in Motion user interface and workflow was compelling enough to put to use in a more ambitious way. So, like I did with Letters in Motion in the early days, I started to experiment.
